Owen and Viola Wynne arrive during the ‘20s in a muddy mule-drawn wagon at a farm in the Centerville community, generally marked today by Centerville Rd. between  Broadway Blvd. and Glenbrook. Mule power served double duty between transportation and farming, where one man and two mules could be expected to plow about 16 acres per day.
